Is the tournament open to individual wrestlers or do they have to be part of team?

College and Middle School and Elementary - You can wrestle for your school, with your club, or individually unattached

High School Division - You must wrestle for the HS you attended. HS tournament is a sanctioned CIF tournament, not an open. 7 or more wrestlers is a full team.


Will college reps be on site? 

There will be college recruitment reps on site so definitely take the opportunity to engage and ask questions!

Weight Allowance +1 for High School Varsity on Friday, +2 for High School Varsity on Saturday

What is the Registration Fee?

COLLEGE PRICING

  • College Open - $500 per team

  • College Individuals - $50 per individual

HIGH SCHOOL PRICING

  • High School Varsity - $450 per team, $50 per individual

  • High School JV - $400 per team, $40 per individual

  • Both High School Varsity and JV - $800 per team

    *Team Fee includes up to 20 athletes, any extra will be $10 each

MIDDLE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRICING

  • Middle School - $35 per individual

  • Elementary - $35 per individual


Who do I send payment to?

All checks are to be made out to the WWCTOC and mailed to P.O. Box 22843 Sacramento, CA 95822

  • MS individuals should pay on USABracketing.com

  • MS Teams need to send a check to the address above


Can I buy food and beverages on site? 

Yes, food and beverage will be available for sale from various food vendors


Can I bring food & beverage into the main gym? 

Unfortunately, no food or drink is allowed inside the main gym with the exception of water

  • You can refill your water container inside the main gym

  • The wall mounted water fountains dispense filtered water

ATHLETES/COACHES will be allowed to bring in outside food, which must be kept in the designated area inside the foyer of the main gym. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE GYM

Water bottles are OK

No other food exceptions will be made

There will be a snack bar with concessions available for purchase

Food and beverage will also be available for sale from various food vendors


I’m the head coach, do I get a free lunch on Saturday?

The complimentary lunch must be consumed in the designated lunchroom where served—no exceptions.

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Every participating school team will receive one meal ticket

    (An extra ticket may be given for teams of 15+ wrestlers)

  • Ticket will be distributed at the Check-In

    • Lunch will be provided inside a designated meeting room

    • Food and Beverage is not allowed in the main gym

COLLEGE

  • Coaches must get a wristband from Don Martinez .

  • Saturday: Morning items and snacks will be provided in the designated hospitality room

  • Lunch will be provided in a separate designated meeting room

  • Must show your wristband to enter

  • Food and Beverage is not allowed in the main gym

By accepting a complimentary lunch ticket/wristband, coaches understand that we are not obligated or responsible for accommodating all food allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences.


Does it cost to park?

  • Parking is $10.00 per space and can be paid via Venmo or Cash

  • No In & Out privileges


Prohibited items for the entire Sierra College Campus are as follows:

  • No tailgating

  • No open flames

  • No fireworks

  • No weapons

  • No alcohol

  • No pets (only service dogs)


Prohibited items inside the Sierra College Gym are:

  • No food and beverage is allowed in main gym

  • Food and Beverage are allowed in the Foyer (lobby) of the Gym

  • Attendees are expected to dispose of trash in provided trash cans located throughout the venue and campus

  • No pets

  • No open flames

  • No fireworks

  • No weapons

  • No alcohol

  • No gum


What is the gate fee? 

  • 1-Day Pass:  Adults  $15.00  /  Students K-12  $10.00

    (only good for one day)
